weight lose program!
So my diet starts today! This weight is just not coming off (since the miscarriage) so I need to get serious and start my diet and exercise program! I am going to weigh in every Tuesday morning since I am starting this on a Tuesday. My weight loss goal is to lose 8-10 pounds! So this morning I weighted 126.6 lbs. I would like to get back down to 118 lbs which is where I was a few months ago. I am trying to stick to an 1200 cal a day diet. Doing a little work out during the day and walking in the evening. I will check back in from time to time and will be back with my weigh in results next week!
